Presently we only ship within the continental United States.

Do you collect sales tax?
As a business located in the District of Columbia, we are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped to a DC address. If your “ship to” address is in DC, we must collect state, and local taxes. If your “ship to” address is outside of DC, you will not be charged sales tax.

How soon will my order be shipped?
We ship orders within two business days via USPS. Orders received over the weekend or outside traditional business hours are processed the next business day. All orders should arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. If you haven't received your order email: info@wordstolivebytees.com
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you would like to return an item, please note that we only offer item exchange or store credit for items that are unwashed, unaltered, and unworn. Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. We will exchange your purchase or extend you store credit good for 6 months from the return date. Exchanges will be processed within 3 weeks. If it is deemed that your item does not meet the criteria for exchange or store credit your item will be returned to you.
What’s the best way to care for my tees?
Wash them in cold water and tumble dry on medium. Our shirts are pre-shrunk, so they won't shrink when washed.

We have a very strict privacy policy and we will not share your information with anyone. Any personally identifiable information that you provide us will be used to ship your order or to send you communications from Words to Live By. Personally identifiable information is information such as: email address, name, and mailing address.
