She's appeared in front of hundreds at a time as a professional actress on the stages of The Kennedy Center, Wolly Mammoth Theatre, ActCo, Arena Stage, and The H Street Playhouse; and she's appered in front of millions in her recurring role of Miss Anna on HBO's tele-drama The Wire.
Denise has her finger on the pulse of creative thought and knows how to awaken the unique in every person she meets and engages with. She specializes in coaching and training women, other coaches and entrepreneurs to Get Things Started & Get Things Done through a unique combination of mindset, creativity, and implementation training.
Denise is a member of the preiminent speaker training organization in the world, Toastmaster's International. She's also a member of The Creativity Coaching Association and a certified Reiki practitioner.

A little more about Denise's background...
Denise is a magna cum laude graduate of Howard University (BFA) and the Sarah Lawrence College MFA program. She acknowledges that the schools unofficial philosophy (the Sarah Lawrence Way!) has significantly shaped her “Anything is possible attitude!” For 15 years she’s lived this philosophy by changing the lives of young people through her performing arts camp, The Children’s Theatre Workshop, Inc. “Many of the parents say the positive impact the camp has on their child far exceeds any camp they’ve ever attended. "Well, my mission was simple, to create a place where courage and creativity would go hand in hand!” She's also a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
Denise has trained and studied at Coachville, Certified Group Mastery for Coaches, Toastmasters International, Unity of WDC and she's presently training with world renowned Creativity Coach Dr. Eric Maisel .
